We had an issue with an older heat pump not working/cutting anymore. We called around and got several estimates, even had a company come out that had worked on our unit before that advised us our only option was a replacement of the entire system. They quoted us about $18,000 for the work to be done, which was laughable for a 2 bedroom condo. However, we were preparing for the worst- replacing the whole unit. And due to the age of the unit, we were going to have to upgrade the unit, along with several potential modifications of the ventilation that could have possibly been an issue with our HOA for our condo, being up on the third floor. We called Narfix and Nas was immediately responsive and empathetic to our situation. He immediately reassured us that if the pump could be fixed he would absolutely do everything he could to fix it to save us money. He showed up on time, he was very professional and friendly, and explained everything he was doing to fix the issue and save us money. He replaced one of the motors, cleaned the coils, and replaced the refrigerant and got our heat pump working again. All for $1,300, a very small fraction of what other companies were trying to charge us. We couldn’t be more thankful for the prompt and honest service we were provided with from Narfix. If anyone is shopping around for service, I would highly recommend giving Narfix a call- you’ll save tons of money from the big name predatory companies looking to pressure customers into high dollar service/bills, and have even better customer service!
